In 1995 she began her career as a nurse in hospitalisation units, working morning, afternoon and night shifts, until 2003 when she began her career in urology outpatient clinics, where she continues to work today. Since those years she began training as a urodynamicist, completed a degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology, and began teaching in the hospital's Master's degree, while also being part of research teams related to the field of urology. She is part of a group of urodynamic nurses from all over Spain and, for years, has been a member of entities linked to the field of urology, such as the Spanish Association of Urological Nursing (ENFURO), the European Association of Urological Nurses (EAUN) or the Ibero-American Association of Neurourology and Urogynecology (SINUG).
