More than one hundred people have attended the second day of Discussions of Social Innovation and Disability conferences in Lleida last Friday 5th of June. The welcome was given by Bibiana Bendicho, president of Aspid Lleida association, by Pilar Valcárcel, director of Aspid Lleida association, and by Dr. Josep Mª Ramírez, manager director of Institut Guttmann. Joan Subirats, Doctor of Economics, professor of Political Science and researcher at the Institute of Government and Public Policy (IGOP) of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona reflected at his conference about the paper of society and associations along the history and the role that they should currently have.
Below, the round tables were developed, very participatory and dynamics, of which were drawn some conclusions, as the complainant and demanding role of the associations, the necessity of a dynamic and collaborative organization, and the involvement required to increase the presence of the associations in the immediate environment both at the schools and at neighborhood as well as the interrelationship between the associations.
