The Christmas season is always special, and even more so when you are admitted to a hospital or in the middle of a process of rehabilitation. This year again, at the Institut Guttmann we have wanted these dates to be special for our patients and former patients, children and adults, who are or have been users of the spinal cord injury and acquired brain injury specialised rehabilitation services that we offer in our hospital.

On 18 December, thanks to the collaboration of Marisa Yudes School of Dance, we conducted a master class and Christmas party for the little ones and the not-so-little ones. Together we had a memorable evening where music, solidarity and joy let us enjoy the arrival of Christmas.

The next day, the Institut Guttmann choir held a concert dedicated to all patients currently staying at our hospital. Current and classic Christmas songs were sung by people who care for patients daily, another endearing moment that allowed the Christmas spirit to enter the hospital.
