At the Institut Guttmann we celebrate that the Abertis Foundation is celebrating 25 years generating a global impact in areas such as road safety, the environment, social action and culture. Thanks to strategic alliances, with partners such as UNICEF and UNESCO, the Foundation, which reflects the Group's commitment to society, promotes projects that promote social transformation and sustainable development of territories.

In the words of Elena Salgado, president of the Abertis Foundation, “this anniversary of the Abertis Foundation highlights an ambitious project that began 25 years ago with the vision of contributing, through the valuable knowledge provided by Abertis, to facilitating the implementation progress of projects that impact socially, economically and culturally in those territories where the Group is present.”

The Abertis Foundation has been collaborating with the Guttmann Institute for some time, historically being one of the Friendly Companies with the greatest commitment, sharing common objectives and supporting the social programs of our Foundation. In particular, the Abertis Foundation has provided support for prevention and awareness proposals regarding traffic accidents and their consequences; We also jointly developed the Rights of Way project with UNICEF.
