From August 29 to September 4, this year the Institut Guttmann and the Sunnaas Foundation will offer everyone who is interested in adapted sports, the online edition of the Camp Spinal H20, with interesting training and experiential videos on how to do in an adapted and inclusive way, sports and aquatic activities in a natural and normalized environment.

The videos will be based on the activities that the previous year, in the summer of 2019, were carried out inside the H20 Spinal Camp, held in Barcelona and where young people with spinal cord injuries from different countries took part.

Participants on this campus, co-organized by both entities in recent years, receive training from expert instructors who also coexist with a spinal cord injury. Because this year due to the global Covid-19 pandemic, the campus will not be able to be held in a conventional way, Sunnaas and the Institut Guttmann have worked on an online version where everyone is invited to participate.

The sessions, open and free, will be shared by video (through social networks) with information, advice and recommendations, from the hand of expert monitors, for adapted sports practice.
