A group of patients from the Institut Guttmann visited the facilities of F.C. Barcelona, knowing the Sports City Joan Gamper and "La Masia", where some players live and study. It has been a different day for them all, in which they have been able to see the different fields and pavilions as well as the medical services of the club.

 

In addition, they have been able to be present during the training of the Juvenil soccer team and talk with the players to share experiences on effort and overcoming. Finally our patients, accompanied at all times by their therapists, have been able to enter the facilities of the Masia, where they live and study about 80 players who are pursuing the dream of competing with the first teams.

 

The activity has been the closure of the activities that the FCB has carried out in the Neurorehabilitation hospital of the Institut Guttmann in its Masia Solidària program, of Masía 360º, whereby previously three teams from different disciplines had visited the hospital to learn more about the reality of lesions and neurological disorders and to know patients in their daily environment of the rehabilitation process.
