The patients at the Institut Guttmann were surprised at the sports hall of the hospital with the visit of the professional tennis player Tommy Robredo.

First, adult patients with different types of injuries enjoyed an afternoon playing with the tennis player, demonstrating that it is possible to take advantage of all the benefits of this sport, regardless of the capabilities of each one. Subsequently, upon the arrival of child neurorehabilitation patients in out-of-school hours, he played a great deal of time with the children, giving them an unforgettable time!

This visit is due to the ratification of the collaboration agreement between the Tommy Robredo Foundation and the Guttmann Institute, which took place in June 2016, through which the tennis player Foundation promotes the practice of adapted tennis among patients who receive neurorehabilitatory treatment at the Institut Guttmann.
