This year the day of Saint Jordi (23rd April) was celebrated in the Institut Guttmann in the most special and emotional way. This is the day of roses and books, and so the hospital was filled with handmade roses, created in different workshops by patients, relatives and volunteers. Each rose included a word of love, positivity and hope, and these were distributed throughout the areas of the Institut Guttmann in Badalona.

The activity was organized from the social integration area and gave very beautiful moments both during the making of the roses and on this special celebration day.

And since there can not be a Sant Jordi without books, in the afternoon the patient Eladio Herranz presented, before an animation room full of patients, family and friends, his book "The third day". The act was closed with a relaxed snack for all.
