The Youth Ability Camp, a summer campus organized by the Institut Guttmann  for young patients and former patients of functional rehabilitation, people affected by some type of disability of neurological origin, has been held once again in Barcelona and has been a success given the joy of the participants and the large number of activities carried out.

Based at the Barcelona International Sailing Center, the 11 participants enjoyed sports activities such as sailing and paddle surfing, which were complemented by leisure and cultural activities such as cinema and moments to share experiences and learn while having fun.

The goal of the Campus is for boys and girls to dare to step out of their comfort zone, gain autonomy and improve their social skills. In addition, thanks to these days, they gain strategies to develop the activities of daily living.
