After a spinal cord injury, the stay in hospital is intended not only for the physical and psychological rehabilitation of the patient, but also to prepare for their return home. But there are cases in which a more personalised intervention that could not be optimally developed through a hospital admission is needed. We will meet Ana, who developed a spinal cord injury as a consequence of an oncological process, and we will hear how a team of nurses, occupational therapists and nurses worked on a rehabilitation programme at her home so that she could be as independent as possible.
