It is an honour and a pleasure to consider myself a friend of what is undoubtedly the best neurorehabilitation centre in Spain and, what is more, an international leader. The staff's friendliness, the focus on the individual and the care based on technology and science is real and palpable in this Institute.

In politics one must know how to take on innovative challenges, in this case aimed at people with disabilities in San Sebastián Guipúzcoa. And the truth is that the Institut Guttmann is a benchmark example. I am confident that we have the will and the support to have a leisure and sports rehabilitation space for our citizens.
